I subscribe to PP (it arrives late here) and I must admit, I was seriously disappointed with the winner. Yes, his photos show great creativity in terms of the subject. But photo technique?, They all use the same technique - isolated on white. All he had to do was pin a different pair of pants to the line. Your photos show different compositions and lighting styles - which is much more challenging to achieve and appropriate for this competition. Tough, but you did well to come 5th, and should have come much higher IMHO. Congratulations, anyway. Bad luck in not winning the prize Steve.
